ParkingValet privacy policy

Last updated 13 September 2026 · Applies to the ParkingValet Android app published by PLGSW

The short version

Who this policy is from

ParkingValet is developed and published by PLGSW ("we", "us"), based in Israel. For anything in this document, write to privacy@plgsw.com.

What the app accesses

Location

ParkingValet asks for permission to read your device location. It uses this for one purpose: recording the spot where you parked, so the app can show you the way back to it.

Location is read only when you save a parking spot in the app, and is written to storage on your own device. The app does not track your location in the background, does not follow your movement over time, and does not build a history of where you have been beyond the parking entries you save yourself.

You can refuse or later revoke the location permission in Android's system settings. The rest of the app continues to work; the save-my-spot feature will not.

Anything else the app stores

Notes, labels, timers, or photos you attach to a parking entry are stored the same way: on your device only.

What we collect

Nothing. PLGSW does not operate a server that receives data from ParkingValet. We cannot see your location, your saved spots, or how you use the app, because none of it is transmitted to us.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your data to anyone, because we do not hold any of it. ParkingValet contains no advertising networks, no analytics libraries, and no crash-reporting services that send data off the device.

Where your data lives, and how long

Your data stays in ParkingValet's private storage area on your Android device for as long as you keep it. Android isolates this area from other apps.

You can delete individual parking entries inside the app, clear the app's storage from Android's Settings under Apps, or uninstall ParkingValet. Any of these removes the data permanently. Because we never receive a copy, there is nothing left on our side to erase.

If you have enabled Android's backup features, your device may include ParkingValet's data in backups to your own Google account. That backup is governed by Google's terms and your device settings, not by us.

Your rights

Privacy laws including the EU GDPR and Israel's Protection of Privacy Law give you rights to access, correct, and delete personal data held about you. In ParkingValet's case you exercise these directly: the data is on your device, under your control, and you can view or delete it at any time without asking us.

If you believe we hold data about you and want it removed, contact privacy@plgsw.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

ParkingValet is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of ParkingValet handles data differently, we will update this page and change the date at the top before that version is released. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on Google Play.
